Hello! I am David. Friend. Teacher. Brother. Son. Explorer!

I received the Costco Diversity Scholarship and a full ride to the University of Washington. After seeing just how hard it was to apply to scholarships and seek guidance for financial assistance, I set out to ease the process. After much guidance from mentors and the Scholarship Junkies team, and family member Adam Burden, I set out with a friend, and created FeedMyCollegeFund, an organization whose goal is to help students find access to financial and academic resources. I continued on the path of educational access and met one of my closest mentors Sam Lim , who helped me shape the identity of FeedMyCollegeFund and has passed the flame down. I currently work at Scholarshp Junkies as President & Executive Director working towards building as much support as possible.

From the support and compassion I've been given from my mother, sisters, and close family Adam Burden, and Linda Sinni, I strive to impart on others the notion of holding compassion close to help change the communities we live in. Its time to stop wishing for the change we want to change, and time to start being the change.

I am currently pursuing my Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in both Mathematics and Entrepreneurship  at the University of Washington, in Seattle Washington. I am primary interested in service, and community impact through educational access and support, and my passion helps me build bridges of support to help the communities around myself.
